We've been planning it for a long time, and now, with the fantastic team at Mamasherpas , we've finally created our tea blend for breastfeeding mothers, which helps with milk production in a balanced way, while also tasting delicious! 100% natural, free of dyes and additives.
Preparation: Pour 1 teaspoon (2-3 grams) of tea leaves into 2 dl of hot water, let it steep covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
We ask that you consult your health care provider or lactation consultant before consuming!
