Lavender water in 500 ml and 100 ml packages
During distillation, the hot steam cools and condenses through the condensation spiral tube, separating into essential oil and aromatic water. The aromatic water is lavender water. Due to the difference in specific gravity, the oily and aqueous phases can be separated: the essential oil above the water.
Lavender water contains water-soluble fragrances; it has a sweet, different scent from the essential oil. The scent of lavender water can be felt during distillation.
