One of our most pleasant-smelling and flavorful oils. Thanks to its linoleic acid content, it strengthens the immune system.
Not only is it delicious and healthy, but it also has a skin-care effect thanks to its vitamin E content. It is especially good for dry, cracked skin.
It can be used in salads (apple, pear, blue cheese, camembert, celery), cakes, fruit juices, mixed into natural or fruit yogurt, or even with cheeses during a tasty wine-tasting party, as well as for subsequent flavoring. Walnut oil is not recommended for frying in oil, direct heating should be avoided!
