The concept of Lángos is deeply rooted in the Hungarian soul. It goes beyond the “comfort food” category – lángos is a rite. A rite of fulfillment, a nostalgia for the socialist past. This desire connects us regardless of gender and age. It is a must when we go to the beach, and it is quite necessary if we have had one glass more than we should… and if you really want to make yourself happy: ask for it with sour cream and cheese.
