
Hot pepper seed oil 40 ml
Red pepper seed oil contains more than 50% unsaturated fatty acids, of which Omega-6 fatty acid is the most important polyunsaturated fatty acid, and oleic acid is the most important monounsaturated fatty acid.
Its linoleic acid content is very high among fatty acids, stimulating digestion. Applied externally – by rubbing into rheumatic areas – it can have a beneficial effect in these diseases. It contains capsaicin, so it stimulates circulation, enhances metabolic processes, accelerates digestion, and the energy use of fat cells, which is why it can also play a role in weight loss. Its additional effects are analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and stomach-protecting.
The alpha-tocopherol found in the oil suppresses the production of free radicals in cells, and gamma-tocopherol destroys existing free radicals.
Grapoila spice paprika seed oil is an excellent salad oil, it can be used to flavor dips, sauces or ready-made roasts. It goes well with Hungarian dishes. Its beautiful, deep red color also aesthetically enhances dishes, sandwiches and cold dishes. Not recommended for frying, do not heat directly!
