A cool-climate wine from a small, meticulously cared for vineyard in the northeast, which we hold in high esteem. The old, low-yielding vines cling to the soil between fist-sized granite blocks – and we share the company of the deer with them. It beautifully shows the diversity of the variety, providing an immediate fruity experience when consumed cooler, and revealing more and more of its layers when heated.
