A pale yellow oil with a characteristic poppy scent. Rich in Omega-6 fatty acids, which have a beneficial effect on blood circulation and the immune system. Used together with poppy seed flour, it helps prevent osteoporosis.
Poppy seed oil is very good for salads, dressings, paired with lemon and pomegranate. It can be used to decorate sweets, fruit soups, and cake creams. The oil also pairs well with red berries, green salads, and cheeses.

Poppy seed oil cannot be heated, so it is only used for flavoring and decoration.
