Semi-sweet Rhine wine from the peak of Nadap, made from our own grapes, with 29 g of residual sugar. The natural result of the hot 2024 vintage and spontaneous fermentation. After a short barrel aging, we found it exciting, so we decided to show some of it to the public in this form. What was not bottled continues to mature in the pleasant coolness of the cellar, waiting for the right time to become truly special.
