In the innovation competition announced within the framework of one of Europe's largest food industry exhibitions, SIAL in Paris, the renowned jury selected Grapoila nut cream to the finals.
Walnuts have been one of the best-known and most popular oilseeds in Europe for centuries. By consuming them, the human body receives healthy fats, dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals, which can help with brain function and digestion, and prevent cardiovascular and inflammatory diseases.
The additive-free walnut oil, made from natural walnuts, processed by gentle cold pressing, contains a concentrated amount of unsaturated fatty acids and special nutrients found in walnuts. In the oil sludge saved during the pressing of Grapoila walnut oil - thanks to Zero Waste food production technology - the valuable components of the oil are supplemented with fine, dry particles of walnut kernels, thus forming a rich, nutritious, yet very tasty, thick cream rich in vitamins and minerals. The cold-pressed natural walnut cream, free from additives, preservatives, and colorings, is a very healthy gourmet food that can be consumed on its own, but can also be further flavored to make special walnut creams and fillings for cakes and meats. It can also be mixed into smoothies and sauces as a flavoring. It can be added to sandwiches with cheese and fruit or added to salads.
Grapoila nut cream is a certified gluten-free product and fits well into vegan, vegetarian, and paleolithic diets.
