Grapoila walnut cream has been selected as a finalist by the esteemed jury in the innovation competition announced within the framework of SIAL Paris, one of Europe's largest food industry exhibitions.
Among oilseeds, walnuts have been one of the most well-known and beloved across Europe for centuries. Their consumption provides the human body with healthy fats, dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals, thereby aiding brain function and digestion, and preventing cardiovascular and inflammatory diseases.
The additive-free walnut oil, made from natural walnuts processed by gentle cold pressing, contains a concentrated amount of the unsaturated fatty acids and special nutrients found in walnuts. During the pressing of Grapoila walnut oil – thanks to the Zero Waste food production technology – the rescued oil sludge contains the valuable components of the oil supplemented with fine, dry particles of walnut kernels, thus forming a nutritious, yet very tasty, thick cream rich in vitamins and minerals. The cold-pressed, additive-free, preservative-free, and colorant-free natural walnut cream is a very healthy gourmet food that can be consumed on its own, but also can be further flavored to create special walnut creams and fillings for cakes and meats. It can also be mixed into smoothies or sauces as a flavoring. It can be put on sandwiches with cheeses and fruits or added to salads.
Grapoila walnut cream is a certified gluten-free product and fits well into vegan, vegetarian, and paleo diets.
