Sourdough breads stay fresh for up to 7-8 days longer, and yeast breads for up to 1-2 days longer, and do not get moldy.

Cleaning: You can wash it at 40°C, but the use of fabric softener, solvent, or bleach is definitely not recommended during cleaning. Tumble dry only at a low temperature. Be careful, as the lining of the bread bag cannot be ironed, but if you wish, you can iron the outer fabric at a low temperature.
