LAVENDER HOT CHOCOLATE

The Rózsavölgyi Chocolate Manufactory melted a little lavender oil into the Peruvian Nacional chocolate, then ground and packaged it the next day.
To make hot chocolate, you need to put the ground chocolate in a cup, which is 30g of chocolate per serving, and then pour a little hot water or milk on top. Pour just enough to mix the chocolate and liquid into a nice, thick mass! Once you have that, you can then dilute it to your desired consistency.
Its packaging is only paper, 95% of which is recycled paper, no plastic.

A few drops of lavender oil are mixed into our Peruvian dark chocolate, and ground the day after. You only need to stir in 3 dl of hot milk or water, boil it up and it makes 4 portions of hot chocolate.
