Ocumare is located on the Venezuelan coast, in the Aragua region, famous for its special cocoa beans. The small fishing town borders the Henri Pittier National Park, which is also home to three-toed sloths. The cocoa beans, collected from fifty-eight cocoa farmers and fermented together, were carefully roasted, revealing notes of nuts and apricot in the chocolate.
