Pumpkin seed oil pressed without the shell is made from the shelled seeds of the so-called "oil pumpkin", its taste is softer, less characteristic. With this technology, we also produce pumpkin seed oil pressed with the shell from the shelled seeds of the Canadian pumpkin - a by-product of baby food production - upon request.
In terms of its biological effects, it improves blood circulation and has a positive effect on blood pressure. It is also known as the "protector" of expectant mothers and babies. It strengthens the immune system, slows down aging and atherosclerosis. Its taste is milder than that of traditionally salted and roasted oil. In the case of men, it is recommended for the prevention and treatment of prostate problems.
It is ideal for making cold dishes, sauces and salads, and can also be drizzled on top of cream soups as a final "finish".
